Health, technology and mobility are the axis of "Som elèctrics!", the electric vehicle and sustainable mobility congress held at the Science and Technology Museum of Catalonia (mNACTEC), which brings together scientists, experts and companies Committed to a more sustainable city model. The "Som elèctrics!" program has a series of talks open to the public, with the participation of brands like Renault, Nissan, Circutor and Circuit of Barcelona/Catalunya, among others, as well as an exhibition at mNACTEC about pollution, the environment and the evolution of electric vehicles from the first prototypes and models of cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

And we have combined it with a typography inspired by the neon tube lamp advertising posters, which refers to the "electrical imaginary" and the urban pop culture.

All the communicative and productive considerations of each campaign have been completely consistent with the nature of the event.

Throughout the different editions of the congress we have developed different communicative solutions, with different directions and resources, always looking for a recognizable design that helps us to visibilize the advertising campaign that is carried out throughout Catalonia via large format labels, posters, booklets, press and social media actions.

Visual identity — 2019 Edition

In the 2019 edition, the congress takes on a revolutionary direction, presenting the future of mobility and sustainability, with a design that evokes the allegorical work 'La Liberté guidant le peuple' (Eugène Delacroix, 1830) and its recognizable composition, led by a female figure that symbolizes freedom, raising a flag (a scooter, in our case).

For the 2018 edition, we created a central independent element: an 'ecological battery' with an optimistic future for electric vehicles. The posters were screened by an artisan workshop using ecological inks.

For the first edition of the event a number of communicative elements were created that remained as an essential part of the identity during later editions. Illustrations made of neon with representations of important points of the city and bumper cars as a central element with a fun, participatory and simple character.
